Before Bed

STEP 1: ADD 1 CUP WATER OR MILK

STEP 2: STIR WELL

This is the most important step! Just when you think you're done, mix for a few more seconds to assure theres no lumps hiding in the corners.

STEP 3: REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT

Pop your pouch in the fridge for at least 6 hours so the oats can work their magic!

STEP 4: ADD TOPPINGS

In the Morning, stir and add your favorite toppings to take it to the next level. Enjoy!
