Welcome to Erica’s Overnight Oats, where it all began back in 2021. I kicked off this venture when I started teaching weight lifting classes in LA. Juggling back-to-back sessions meant I needed a breakfast that checked all the boxes: essential proteins, complex carbs, and fiber for muscle growth and sustained energy.

Overnight Oats was my game-changer. Toss in a scoop of protein, and not only did I satisfy my sweet tooth, but I also bought myself time in the morning. No more rushing to prepare breakfast; just a delicious, nutrient-packed meal that I looked forward to eating post workout.
